Castle Elementary School Administration

The administrative staff at Castle Elementary School is fully dedicated to maintaining an environment that is conducive to academic success for every student.

Mr. Adam Schmitt

Principal

Mr. Schmitt began his career at Stringtown Elementary School in Evansville, Indiana, teaching fourth grade. He then spent the next four years teaching second grade and fifth grade at Sharon Elementary School. The following two years, he was the assistant principal of Lowell Elementary School in Princeton, Indiana. Mr. Schmitt became an assistant principal in the Warrick County School Corporation in 2012. The 2019-2020 school year is Mr. Schmitt's first year as principal of John H. Castle Elementary School.

Mr. Schmitt received his undergraduate and graduate degrees from the University of Southern Indiana.

Mrs. Talisha Keith

Assistant Principal

Mrs. Keith began her career at John H. Castle Elementary where she taught second grade, fifth grade, and remediation classes.  Prior to joining the Castle Pages as the assistant principal, Mrs. Keith taught first grade in LaVergne, Tennessee,  served as the Tennyson Elementary Principal, and as an interim assistant principal at Chandler Elementary, John H. Castle Elementary, and Sharon Elementary Schools. 

Mrs. Keith has been dedicated to the education profession for the last seventeen years.  Talisha is a Boonville High School graduate, holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from the University of Southern Indiana, and a Master’s Degree in Education Administration from Purdue University.
